We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Assistant to the
Purchasing Manager. This position will play a key role in ensuring accuracy in cost documentation, internal & external coordination, and smooth execution of finance-related administrative tasks.
- Check and initial the documents of the Planning - Materials Department submitted for signature and return to Planning - Materials Department.
- Assistant to the Purchasing Manager in managing and executing projects as assigned.
- Ensure all data and reports are accurate and organized in a timely manner.
- Document expenses and handle any other administrative tasks.
- Sorting raw materials and equipment as required.
- Manage and maintain confidential information.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; English proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of market trends or commercial awareness is a plus.
- Willing to learn, diligent, Integrity, and highly adaptive in flexible hour.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and able to work hard under pressure with multitasking skills and manage time wisely.
