Mô tả công việc
Together with the QA Manager and the Board of Directors on the following tasks:
System Management: Establish, maintain, and improve Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from raw material inbound to finished goods outbound. (IQC, Inline and Sub-Contractors as well)
Export Standards: Ensure products meet stringent international customer requirements and industry certifications (such as ISO, C-TPAT, and Social Compliance standards).
Team Leadership: Direct, train, and evaluate the performance of the QA/QC team across production lines
Problem Solving: Directly resolve issues related to sewing techniques, material durability, and customer feedback
Partner Relations: Liaise with and host audit delegations from foreign customers.
Yêu cầu
Proven experience in a similar role within the Garment, Backpack, or Bag manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of technical standards for backpacks, handbags, and golf bags, as well as comprehensive defect control processes.
Proficient in English (strong verbal and written communication).
Decisive, capable of working under high pressure, and possessing a flexible problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, ERP
Prefer candidate can work at Vinh Long factory
