Assistant, Real Estate Management Consulting

Real Estate Management Consulting is a service line under Management Consulting. The team delivers technical consulting solutions to some of the renowned real estate clients including developers, construction contractors, etc. In addition, as part of Management Consulting, the team participates in operations transformation project to work shoulder to shoulder with clients and provide full capacity, service needs to clients in their transformation journey.
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the following position, based in Hanoi:
Job Description:
• Join the interview with client and prepare meeting minutes to get full understanding of their current business operation, processes, objective, and challenges.
• Participate in preparation of reports, management consulting solutions, technical tasks with guidance from line manager to a high standard and agreed deadlines.
• Assist with preparation, tracking and monitoring of project related documents such as Information request, Meeting request, Meeting questionnaire, etc.
• Contribute to and collate case studies, proposals, best practices, and research from professional sources.
• Conduct compulsory internal administration works, translation, initiatives, commit to proposed timeline to manage multiple tasks.
• With increased experience, begin to execute defined assignments, build knowledge of the business, and deliver a high standard of own work.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.
