Assistant Relationship Manager

A. Professional Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking systems, regulations, documentation, and products.
• Experience as a Senior ARM at an international bank is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge and experience in credit-related functions.
• Proficiency in all four English skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing is required.
• Japanese proficiency is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field is required.
B. Competencies and Skills:
• Strong communication, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to coordinate effectively and maintain strong working relationships with clients, product lines, risk functions, and other business units.
• Ability to work independently, perform well under high pressure, and demonstrate strong time management skills.
