As an Assistant Reservation Manager, you will play a key role in maximizing room revenue and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities include:
Operations Management: Supervise daily reservation operations (FIT, Corporate, OTA, Groups, etc.) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
System Maintenance: Maintain and update booking data in Opera Cloud and TARS systems.
Inventory Control: Monitor allotments, stop-sales, and room forecasts to optimize occupancy.
Collaboration: Work closely with EAM/aGM on pricing strategies, restrictions, and promotional campaigns.
Reporting: Prepare essential reports (Daily Booking, Forecast, Pick-up, and Rate Performance).
Rate Parity: Ensure price consistency across all distribution channels (OTA, [protected info], and GDS).
Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise the reservation team to meet brand standards.
Guest Service: Ensure all inquiries are handled professionally within a 12-hour window.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations (experience in international hotels is a plus).
Proficiency in Accor systems: Opera Cloud, TARS, D-Edge.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
