- The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring that service excellence, operational consistency, and brand standards are upheld across all spa functions. This role focuses on team leadership, guest experience enhancement, and financial contribution through productivity management and strategic planning.

- Operational Leadership
+ Supervise and guide daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
+ Ensure all treatments and guest journeys are delivered in alignment with luxury spa standards.
+ Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures for treatments and spa services.
+ Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and wellness protocols.
- Team Development & Communication
+ Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to supervisors, senior therapists, and team members.
+ Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous professional development.
+ Facilitate regular briefings and training sessions to reinforce service excellence.
+ Encourage a positive team culture built on collaboration and accountability.
- Guest Experience Excellence
+ Monitor service delivery and proactively resolve guest concerns.
+ Recommend personalized wellness programs tailored to guest needs.
+ Ensure treatments consistently meet luxury brand quality benchmarks.
+ Drive guest satisfaction and repeat visitation through exceptional service.
- Facilities & Interdepartmental Coordination
+ Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to maintain immaculate spa facilities.
+ Ensure all wellness equipment (yoga pavilion, gym, Pilates studio, treatment rooms) is safe and fully operational.
+ Maintain a serene and professional spa environment at all times.
- Inventory & Financial Contribution
+ Monitor spa retail and professional inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and replenishment.
+ Support revenue targets through retail upselling and treatment optimization.
+ Assist in budget control and productivity planning to enhance financial performance.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa operations, with at least 1-2 years in a senior supervisory or
assistant managerial role.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Wellness Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and luxury guest service standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial awareness, including budgeting, inventory management, and productivity monitoring.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with spa management systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
