* Position Summary:
- The Assistant Surveillance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of the Cosmo Club, its guests, and staff. Working closely with the Head of Surveillance & Security, this position involves overseeing the daily operations of the surveillance and security team, assisting in the development and implementation of security strategies, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveillance or security management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
* Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in managing the surveillance and security operations of the club, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
+ Support the development and implementation of comprehensive security policies and procedures.
+ Monitor surveillance feeds and security reports, identifying and addressing any potential threats or breaches promptly.
+ Coordinate with the Head of Surveillance & Security to train and supervise the security team, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
+ Assist in conducting security assessments and audits, recommending improvements or enhancements to security measures.
+ Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed to manage incidents and maintain security protocols.
+ Ensure all security equipment and surveillance systems are maintained and operational, coordinating repairs and upgrades as necessary.
+ Prepare and review reports on security incidents and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

* Requirement:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with additional certifications in security or surveillance preferred.
+ At least 3 years of experience in a security or surveillance role, with a proven track record in managing security operations, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry.
+ Strong understanding of security protocols, surveillance technology, and emergency response procedures.
+ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
+ Proficient in the use of security software and surveillance systems.
+ Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
+ Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
