A. Strategic Partnership & External Coordination
• Serve as the primary contact for managing strategic partnerships: monitor progress, track deliverables, and prepare periodic reports for the CEO and partners.
• Support the CEO in
business development initiatives by engaging with clients, investors, and potential partners.
B. Key Project Coordination
• Act as Project Coordinator for strategic initiatives or key corporate projects as assigned by the CEO.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders to ensure project progress, quality, and consistency.
• Monitor project plans, consolidate updates, report on progress and risks to the CEO/
Project Manager; proactively follow up and propose solutions to potential delays or deviations.
• Manage project documentation (plans, deliverables, meeting minutes, checklists), ensuring accurate filing, updates, and handovers.
C. Executive Support
• Manage the CEO's schedule: arrange meetings and business trips, prioritize tasks, and prepare pre-meeting materials.
• Record meeting minutes and follow up on assigned actions from all departments.
• Consolidate regular or ad-hoc operational/business reports.
• Support the CEO in preparing presentation decks, interviews, and speeches.
• Perform other administrative or coordination tasks as required to assist the CEO's daily operations.
• Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant to C-level/PMO/Project Coordinator or equivalent (preferably in finance or B2B environments).
• Experience in coordinating technology product development projects is an advantage.
• Experience in working with international partners is preferred.
Education & Language
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Excellent command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
