Administrative tasks
Assist Center Director to arrange and confirm appointments, meetings and interview to avoid any clash in the schedule
Consolidate & review submitted documents from department to ensure the legality, presentation format and regulation compliance
Work as liaison between Center Director, internal Heads and other departments to operate and improve collections activities (such as: HR, Finance, IT, BICC,...)
Make monthly finance projection plan of Center Director (business travel, ...) and submit to Finance Department
Translate documents as requested
Record and submit time-sheet
Personal Administrative Assistant
Follow up personal issues of Head of Department (accommodation, daily transportation means, insurance, medical, home travel, annual leaves, PIT, etc.)
Follow financial issues (benefit, reimbursement, bank account, credit cards, medical claim, taxi, in and out payment, etc.) to ensure the bill are paid properly
Apply and extend visa, resident cards and passports
Arrange travel (airplane tickets, accommodation, transportation means, etc.)
Ensure operating in accordance with the approved regulations, policies and procedures
Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Bachelor Graduate, major in Business Administration
At least 03 year experiences in personal assistant, admin or related area.
Good English Skills
Have knowledge in debt collections procedures of Banking & Finance Institution
Negotiation skill
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Creative and pro-active to solve problems
