Assistant to Managing Director

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within the executive office.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, and draft responses as necessary.
3. Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Conduct research and compile data on various topics as assigned by the Managing Director.
5. Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
7. Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the Managing Director.
