We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager Assistant (TAM Assistant) to support the Talent Acquisition Manager in daily operations, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and recruitment-related projects.
This role requires strong communication skills in English, excellent organizational abilities, and a high level of ownership. The ideal candidate will act as a key coordinator, ensuring smooth communication and execution across Talent Acquisition, HR, and cross-functional teams.
Stakeholders: Directly reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Operational Support
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing daily priorities, schedules, and ongoing projects.
Track, follow up, and coordinate action items with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Facilitate communication between Talent Acquisition teams, HR teams, and other business functions.
Assist with task delegation, handovers, and workflow coordination.
2. Meeting & Communication Management
Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare meeting materials and agendas when required.
Take meeting minutes, document key decisions, and follow up on action items.
Ensure clear and effective communication across teams.
3. Reporting & Data Management
Prepare and maintain recruitment and operational reports, including:
Recruitment Pipeline Reports
KPI Tracking
Process Performance Reports
Ad-hoc reports requested by management
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
Support analysis and presentation of recruitment and operational metrics.
4. Process & Project Support
Assist in implementing and improving recruitment and HR processes.
Support cross-functional HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
Maintain and organize documentation, templates, and operational records.
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
2-4 years of experience in an Assistant, HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Background in one or more of the following areas:
Talent Acquisition (TA)
HR Generalist
Internal Communications (IC)
Employer Branding (EB)
Administration
Understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Experience supporting managers or senior leaders in a coordination or assistant capacity.
