Track, consolidate, and manage the submission and approval process of documents, records, and requests across the entire Supply Chain department.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission for approval.
Monitor processing progress and follow up with relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met.
Arrange and manage meeting schedules, business trips, and working calendars for the CU Director. Prepare meeting rooms, materials, reports, and meeting minutes.
Track and update post-meeting action items.
Support communication and coordination with overseas partners/suppliers when required.
Assist in consolidating data and preparing periodic reports for the Supply Chain department.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Warehouses (WHs), Supply Chain - Operations (SCO), Production, QA, etc., to support operational activities.
Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Director.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or College degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in roles such as Assistant, Secretary, Administrative, or Management Support.
Prior experience in Factory/Supply Chain/FMCG environments is preferred.
Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), with the ability to handle emails and work with foreign partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, time management, and task tracking skills.
Careful, honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Proactive, diligent, with strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
