Assistant VAS Manager (Labelling & Packaging)

* Customers
- Maintain good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion and communication
* Operations:
- Manage all matters within VAS center: Manpower, Material, Equipment, Matters related to VAS center.
- Set up and achieve KPI of VAS center.
- Train, organize and manage the manpower to produce goods regarding to customer's planning
- Calculate price to offer to customer
- Make plan to catch customer requirement and prepare resource
- Set up the VAS center process
- Ensure that products should be made with right specification, good quality and in safe manner.
- All quality specification and processes from raw material to finished product should be strictly followed up
- Keep up cleaning, maintenance to packaging lines in order to get equipment in good working condition and achieve high efficiency.
- Control cost and understand about P&L
- Ensure good housekeeping, hygiene and safety within section.
- Cooperate with other departments in order to complete the responsibility VAS center
* Problem Complexity / Process
- Be able to raise ideas to management board which is related to VAS supervisor's responsibility jobs.
- Carry out the responsibility according to company and Dept's structure organization.
- Be able to raise ideas in order to increase productivity and quality.
- Right to ask for supports from other related sections to complete the assigned job
* People Management
- Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
- Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.
- Monitor individual performance & KPI's.
- Consult performance appraisal.
- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Country objectives and targets.
- Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
