Assistant Warehouse Manager (KCN Trà Nóc II - Cần Thơ)

• Communicate with customers and the transportation team to receive the delivery plan, process details, and lead time for orders.
• Manage and deeply understand WMS software, warehouse operations, and models.
• Plan, resource, and report on daily operations to ensure timely delivery to customers, dealers, and transporters.
• Monitor team members' working hours and plan OT to comply the company policy
• Supervise the team to comply and strictly follow up operational instructions, regulations, company policies, SOPs, WIs, and manage the team to meet operational KPIs.
• Record any abnormalities in daily operations to follow up and implement improvements.
• Training WIs to Operator periodically
• Involve the Operation WIs developments and improvements in Warehouse
• Take the initial of report, investigate and follow up for the safety in daily operation
• Engage and motivate team members in daily operations.
Safety and quality assurance.
• Ensure safe working practices and environment within the shift.
• Ensure that team maintains safe procedures of work that all equipment is in good working order. Promptly report defects to maintenance and hygiene is kept to a high standard.
People Management
• Monitor individual performance and KPIs.
• Ensure effective communication among staff and maintain good communication at all levels.
• Manage the allocation of resources and staff commitment to achieving company objectives and targets.
• Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled and functional department.
