Research: Proactively research and approachhelpful information or data, social trends,andcreative ideas to supportthe creative process.
Concept development: story, tagline, big idea, art direction,andother creative tactics cascaded to key channels.
Copywriting: Enhance words inthestrategy part to make it compelling.
Art direction: Lead art team to developart direction (colors, mood & tone, graphic style...) for total campaign visuals.
Present the creative part to clients.
2/ Creative Asset Production (35% workload)
Fill in creative brief and briefto 3rd parties
Lead art team and 3rd parties to work out production plan(with relevant details specifying shooting board/idea, location, casting, wardrobe, art direction, timing, proposed makeup, stylist, photographer, production house, etc.)
Control the quality of third-party works (celebrities, KOLs, make-up artists, stylists, photographers, music composers, production houses, etc.) at all stages.
Produce social posts, including crafting captions.
Lead art team to design various creative worksfor both internal and external clients, including but not limited to visuals on OOH, POSM, event, in-app, digital, social media...
Act as art directorin some project by controlling art quality and giving advice onvideo and photo shooting.
3/ Relationship (10% workload)
Prepare, participate & contributetoideation sessions and client workshops.
Work with account teams to identify new ideas and opportunities for existing clients proactively.
4/ Leadership (10%)
Allocate appropriateprojects to each team.
Lead team membersto achieve pitches/jobs.
Play an active role in staff recruitment withaclear career ladder path for each member.
Act as a trainer and mentor to every personnel, using supportive/collaborative approaches to continuously build/support their skills and prepare themfor higher positions.
Monitor and appraise high-performing team members.

Contribute to creating and developing the company's business strategy/ action plans.
Contribute to developing and hostingthe company's training sessions.
Contribute to building the company/department data hub(client, vendor, KOL contacts ...).
Cascade the company/department strategy/action plan, culture, transformation journey,andintegrated working process alignmentto staff members.
Organize or join bonding activitiesproactively to promote the company's culture.
At leastone years of working experience in the position of Associate Creative Director in an IMC agency, with proven ability to lead2 - 3teams
Extensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
Good in English (professional communication)
Good in Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good in writing or editing practical cross-channel content in various styles.
