The Deals Assistant Programme offers:
• Full-time employment;
• Hands-on learning through working with top Deals professionals;
• Open career opportunities in Advisory professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• You will play a critical role in supporting the deals team to deliver exceptional high-quality work in M&A transactions and other deals advisory engagements.
• Collect data from various sources and perform routine transactional procedures to check the data quality and prepare standard data sets which will be used during the deal engagement process;
• Prepare Excel spreadsheets or PowerPoint reports. The ability to use Think-cell to visualize data received or build interactive data dashboards using other analytical tools, e.g. Power BI is a plus;
• Perform desktop research on general market data, industry insights, company profiles and performance. Summarize key information, background and key development milestones;
• Support the deal team to answer questions and design solutions to our clients' most pressing business and deal issues; and
• Provide other ad-hoc assistance during the deal engagement process.
