Associate Director/ Manager, Environment, Social & Governance (ESG)

About this position:
KPMG's environmental, social, governance (ESG) and sustainability practice helps clients understand and adapt to new and emerging changes to the business landscape by developing responsible and sustainable strategies, business models, operations and investments.
The services provided by this practice include:
• ESG strategy and implementation
• Climate risk management
• GHG inventory
• Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS)
• ESG data and reporting
• Sustainable finance
• Others
Responsibilities:
• Manage ESG projects with Clients:
o Quality management: Working with Engagement leaders, subject matter experts and project team to deliver high quality outcome to Clients
o Time management: Coordinate with Client to ensure project is on track
o Cost management: Managing the resource allocation in the project for effective and efficient project delivery
• Assist in Business development: supporting Partners/ Directors in Business development; pro-actively managing client relationships, respond to client queries in an effective and timely manner
• Address any knowledge gaps through learning and adaptation as appropriate
• Contribute to continuous team improvement
