THE KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ASSOCIATE
An Associate at GHC S&C will work closely with the section manager and other team members to execute and manage advisory projects. The Associate's key roles and responsibilities would include:
Government Communication Strategy
• Collaborate in the development and execution of government communication strategies for clients across various industries.
• Contribute to the creation of key messages, communication plans, and materials.
• Develop communication plan and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of communication strategies.
Public Policy Assessment and Consultation
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to assess the impact of public policies on clients.
• Assist in preparing consultation materials and facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Monitor and contribute insights to support clients in navigating regulatory changes.
Risk Management
• Collaborate with teams to identify and analyze potential regulatory risks.
• Assist in developing strategies to mitigate regulatory risks for clients.
• Stay abreast of emerging regulatory trends that may impact clients.
Ad-Hoc Government Engagement Support
• Provide support in ad-hoc engagements with government agencies.
• Assist in preparing briefing materials for meetings with government officials.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to government inquiries.
Event and Media Management
• Support the planning and execution of events related to government affairs.
• Coordinate media relations activities, including press releases and media outreach.
• Ensure effective communication of key messages during events.
Firm Development Work
• Provide training, coaching, and motivating junior team members and ensuring a strong commitment to delivering top-notch professional service within the entire project team.
• Participate in firm development works as appropriate.
