What You'll Be doing:
Perform Human Resources and Corporate Administration duties of the Vietnam Offices under the assignment of the Regional Human Resources Director to fully support the General Manager and the Vietnam office business operations:
Human Resources
Employee lifecycle administration including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, probation administration, referrals, renewals, mobility, employee orientation and employee accesses and promptly update all headcount movements.
Manage statutory contribution and tax registration, change and termination with payroll outsourcing vendor.
Support the submission of statutory reports.
End to end intern lifecycle management from recruitment to completion.
Generate employee correspondences and manage translation between English and Vietnamese and administer documents as per SLA.
Maintain employee personnel files both physical and digital
Support and administer employee benefits, reimbursements, allowances and insurances.
Resolve Tier 1 (simple) queries and transactions related to core HR processes.
Assist with data correction or escalate Tier 2 (complex) queries, and issues that cannot be resolved through self-service and provide technical query resolution for employee self-service (ESS) / manager self-service (MSS) requests.
Support the development and implementation of HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures.
Understand the day to day office operations to ensure accurate employee records and provide prompt feedback where necessary.
Demonstrate high proficiency in HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures - all these, while adhering to agreed SLAs, and HR service standards.
Ensure the HR processes comply with control standards according to local regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
Manage employee engagement events such as birthday celebrations, team building and corporate recreation and its budgets.
Build good employee relations by being a channel of communication for queries, assistance and feedback.
Corporate Administration
Liaise with building management and external vendors to support the execution and administration of corporate documents and activities.
Liaise with external and internal company stakeholders such as legal team and legal representative for correct signature and endorsements.
Provide administrative support on day to day business operations.
Procure, manage and account for all company assets.
Uses business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) to prepare correspondences, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mails and emails.
Maintains physical and electronic files, records, calendars and diaries.
Prepares various reports in alignment with procedures and guidelines.
Procure corporate assets, office equipment and other relevant purchases.
Arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses.

Yêu cầu
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese both spoken and written.
Proven track record in supporting HR operations, HR administration and corporate administration.
Have good knowledge of local labour laws.
Understands and practices high employee confidentiality.
Resourceful, good time management, and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to both internal and external stakeholders, able to collaborate and work with people across different levels from our global offices.
Experience with administrative work proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office.
This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
