Responsibilities:
1. Project Management
Lead and manage projects from planning to execution and closure
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
Work closely with internal teams (Planning, Creative, Operation, Production...) to track progress and meet deadlines
Advise clients on strategic solutions and on-site execution
Identify risks and provide timely solutions
2. Team Management
Coordinate with HR to recruit and onboard new team members
Assign tasks effectively and monitor performance & timelines
Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to maximize team potential
Support team development and build a high-performance culture
Report project and team status to Line Manager / Managing Director weekly
3. Client & Business Management
Develop and execute plans aligned with company strategy
Take ownership of team targets and overall business results
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Expand and build potential client database
Contribute to business growth and revenue development
Requirements:
1. Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related fields
2. Experience
Minimum 4-5 years in event/activation agencies
At least 1 year in Supervisor / Team Lead level
