Associate, Paralegal, Intern

Report to: Senior Lawyer who has 20 years of experiences in practices of M&A, foreign investment, corporate matters, and disputes settlement in various sectors.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Subject to the respective positions, handling the clients' legal advices and legal services as engaged with the clients, including but not limited to:
• Review the project documents, legal research and practical research for the purposes of solving the client's queries; studies, interprets, and applies laws, court decisions, and other legal authorities of an increasingly complex nature
• Be responsible for the preparation of legal documents, pleadings, memoranda, reports, opinions, contracts and other materials of an increasingly complex nature, and write succinct and persuasive motions and briefs
• Prepare for and completes cases, projects, presentations and other assignments of an increasingly complex nature
• Liaise and work with the authorities and relevant organizations to solve the queries of the clients and the firm
• Participate in the firm projects and do the business travels if required by the firm
• Advise, advocate for, and represent our clients' business interests or issues
• Maintain a regular schedule of client meetings and conferences based on case requirements
• maintains close working relationships with the supervisor and members of the team to which he/she is assigned in performing the duties and responsibilities of the position.
