ClickMedia is seeking an ASSOCIATE PLANNING DIRECTOR, INFLUENCER MARKETING who will be responsible for developing and overseeing the long-term influencer marketing strategy, key campaign advocacy strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.

Report to: Executive Strategy Director
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive annual influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the company's broader marketing and business objectives.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of influencer marketing activities to assess performance against the annual plan.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Adjust and refine the strategy based on insights and performance data to ensure continuous optimization.
• Work with clients to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with their objectives.
• Develop campaign proposals, including creative concepts, influencer selection, and budget planning.
• Present campaign plans and strategies to clients for approval.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategic planning deep dive into influencers marketing, with good portfolio of successful advocacy campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics is preferable
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategic concepts to both internal teams and clients.
A deep understanding of influencer marketing channels, trends, and technologies.
Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Experience with market research tools and techniques.
A proactive and innovative mindset, passionate about staying ahead of industry trends.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, curiosity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
