Following the success of our Hanoi Branch, we moved southwards and opened our second branch in Ho Chi Minh City in 2006 to expand our business in Vietnam market.
Overview Of Department The Treasury Department plays a vital role in managing the bank's liquidity, overseeing market risk, and delivering tailored Treasury solutions. A key function of the department, Treasury Sales partners with corporate and institutional clients to provide products such as foreign exchange, derivatives, and structured solutions, helping them effectively manage financial risk and achieve their business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
Drive FX and Derivatives sales, including Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) and Cross Currency Swaps (CCS).
Proactively identify, solicit, and develop relationships with Japanese corporate customers.
Research potential customers and create tailored marketing strategies through cross selling initiatives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the best-in class banking products and services.
Prepare and present comprehensive market reports to clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and banking products.
Minimum of 5 years'
experience in Banking/Treasury sales, with a strong focus on FX and Derivatives products.
Established network and proven relationships with Japanese corporate clients.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a dynamic, result-driven, and sales-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is required.
