Audit Service (Afv)

Aid for social protection program Foundation Vietnam (hereinafter referred as AFV) was established under the Law of the Social Republic of Vietnam according to the Decision No. 633/QĐ-BNV dated 11 April 2016. The Ministry of Home Affairs recognized the Foundation eligibility for operation and its members of Board of Trustees according to the Decision No. 1729/QĐ-BNV dated 4 July 2016.
AFV operates as a non-profit, social foundation aiming to provide support for poverty reduction programs and projects, job generation, community development, and sponsorship, to help the poor, the unprivileged, children living in difficult conditions according to the law.
AFV ensures accountability and transparency to sustain the organisation's financial health and reputation. The advert to call for expression of interests and offers to execute external audit for the year 2022.
We are looking for a qualified audit firm to facilitate audit for AFV, covering the period from 1/1/2022 - 31/12/2022.
AFV invites potential entities to submit the proposal and all documentation required including:
• Audit firm profile especially the working experience with INGO and development project,
• Audit approach, methodology and work plan
• Audit team members (CV and work experience).
Proposal written in English for this engagement should be submitted to AFV before 16:00 on 28th February 2023.
