Job description:
1. Automation:
• Manage automation projects in the factory.
• Program PLC/PC in automated machinery systems.
• Innovate and upgrade machinery and equipment to improve quality and efficiency.
• Optimize production and labor processes by applying automation solutions.
• Providing service and quick troubleshooting for equipment repair and arising incidents.
• Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
2. Mechanic:
• Design concepts for automatic machinery and production lines.
• Design machines and mechanical modules (for automatic machinery).
• Design fixtures for production.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for new design projects.
• Calculate and select appropriate standard components for machine design.
• Accomplish concept of design with 3D CAD design software (SolidWorks, 3D NX...).
• Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu
1. Automation:
• Graduated from college/university, major in automation or other related discipline.
• Experience in automation field for more than 2 years.
• Proficiency in PLC, C++ programming, embedded programming, computer-aided control programming.
• Experience in equipment selection (Pneumatics, sensors, motion control equipment).
• Knowledge of Scara robot, 6-axis robot, and collaborative Cobot is a great advantage.
• Good communication skills and good command of English language.
• Structured, analytical and with focus on details and results.
• High energy level, persistent and good team player.
2. Mechanic:
• Graduated from college/university, majoring in mechanical or other related engineering.
• Experience in machine design for more than 2 years.
• Proficiency in one of 3D CAD design software (SolidWorks, 3D NX...).
• Experience in equipment selection (Pneumatics, sensors, motion control equipment).
• Good communication skills and good command of English language.
• Structured, analytical and with focus on details and results.
• High energy level, persistent and good team player.
