Mô tả công việc
Lead a QE team (8-10+ members) with focus on automation testing for large-scale projects.
Design, implement, and manage QE processes end-to-end, including transformation from manual QE to automation QE.
Work effectively with legacy systems and legacy teams while introducing modern automation practices.
Collaborate closely with on-site customer teams in Singapore and offshore QE teams in Vietnam.
Ensure high-quality deliverables by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strong quality ownership.
Communicate clearly, fluently, and directly with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
Yêu cầu
Proven experience as a QE Lead in large-scale projects
Strong background in automation testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Hands-on experience in building QE processes from scratch.
Prior success in transforming manual QE to automation QE, particularly in projects involving legacy systems.
Excellent communication skills: able to convey ideas clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills: capable of aligning offshore and on-site QE teams.
Demonstrated quality-first mindset with focus on delivery excellence.
(Plus) Experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills.
