As the B2B Account Leader, you play a leading role in the growth and success of Fundoo as we launch and expand our service offerings across Vietnam, focusing on big corporates and SMS brand marketing companies.
We are searching for high-energy account Leaders who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Leaders will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Leaders may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You are highly motivated, analytically driven businessperson who has previous experience leading team in personal services as well as event organizers. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong customer excellence and communication skills.

Increase churn rate and transaction
Research competitive offerings and ensure product differentiation and competitiveness
Not losing sales or channel partners to competitive products.
Develop and test new service package for yearly plan by closely working and understanding clients' inquiries
Create production bible for each industry and add-on product for tailored service
Added value with more margin
Cross culture studies and creating new content, new strategies for new market in early stages
Increase quality, quantity and diversity of service package
Ensuring the team is up to date with relevant trends and best practices.
Services is leveraging the latest improvements in technology, methodology and approaches
What You Need for This Position
You need to be passionate about the company's mission
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Additional education or experience may be preferred.
Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
Strong time management skills.
You have shown a continued success in building a high-performance sales team (selling elevated emotion, personal services) and do not shy away from challenges
You have a demonstrated ability to lead a product team and work closely with video editor, marketing and creative staff to deliver the best experience to the clients.
Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software
