* Overview of position
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-built Shopify Store and Introduction Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, specifically with Shopify, and will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing store performance, and providing excellent client consultations.
* Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Advise clients on best practices, scope, and cost of implementing Shopify stores.
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Shopify solutions.
- Build, negotiate and adjust proposals to customers.
- Offer training and support to clients on using the Shopify platform and managing their store.
- Pre-built Store Setup: Create and customize Pre-built Shopify store layouts to align with Customers brand aesthetics.
- Product Management: Upload and update product listings with detailed descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Project Coordination: Organize and execute Shopify store setup projects.
- Collaborate with the Solution development team and technical experts to build the advanced completed solution and take care of the customers.
- Webinars and Seminars: Plan and conduct eCommerce-themed webinars and seminars.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Shopify features, apps, and industry trends to continually improve our customer store performance.

Yêu cầu
- Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Marketing, Economics, and E-commerce.
- At least 1 year in B2B sales with a proven record.
- Fluent in English (IELTS 7.0+ or TOEIC 700+ is preferable.)
- Good Communication, Presentation, Analysis, and Critical Thinking Skill
- Love working with international customers
- Good teamwork and Quick learner
- Excellent Self-leadership & Strong Discipline
- Experience selling intangible products or services, especially in, Shopify and e-commerce is a plus
- Know E-commerce, Technology, Digital Marketing tools (Google Analytics, Email marketing, Google AdWords, HotJar, and so on)
- Strong knowledge of Sales tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, and so on) is an advantage
- At least 1 year in B2B sales with a proven record.
