Plan in detail for each event throughout the year, including major events and seasonal events. Clearly define the goals of each campaign and the accompanying budget.
Organize and participate in events and conferences (Unitour, HR Event, Partner event, ETC.) to promote the company's image.
Build relationships with partners and potential customers at these events.
Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers through direct and indirect marketing activities.
Collect and analyze market data to understand business customer trends and needs.
Research competitors to identify their strengths and weaknesses, thereby developing effective competitive strategies.
Create reports and make improvement suggestions based on analytical results.
Yêu cầu
Professional knowledge: Extensive understanding of B2B Event, including email channels, content, SEO, and content.
Communication skills: Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to convey messages clearly and persuasively.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data to make decisions based on specific information.
Organizational skills: Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are executed on schedule and within budget.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B Event. Knowledge of the seasonal characteristics of each industry is an advantage.
