Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team and help grow our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing and managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals with B2B clients. This role requires a high level of expertise in the food & non-food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging industry and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential B2B clients and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent and predictable revenue growth.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of our service to clients and work with them to understand their needs and requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor to them throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales through to onboarding and ongoing support.
- Utilize sales tools and technologies to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize sales strategies.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food & non-food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food & non-food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
