Mô tả công việc
- Analyze and plan strategies to approach and cooperate with Online Channel distributors on e-commerce platforms.... for the company's product lines (Collagen, Knee Bone, Detox Tea,...).
- Receive data from the Marketing department as well as search and screen online channel distribution partners, especially in the cosmetics, functional foods, supplement foods and related retail fields.
- Make plans appropriate to the organization's resources, ensuring revenue growth each month, quarter, and year.
- Negotiate and convince partners to become Distributors of the Company's Online Channel. Support partners with products and policies during cooperation, monitoring and taking care Distributors.
- Develop appropriate discount policies, commission policies for partners.
- Manage and supervise sales team.
- Create Training programs/Sales Brief/ Customer Experience Journey to help develop the company's sales team.
- Work with relevant departments on budgeting and planning, and advise business development strategy.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related majors.
• 4+ years of experience in online distribution field
• Strong experience in developing Off-premise, Online Shopping Mall, E-commerce platforms, in the Beauty and Pharmaceutical Supplement Industry, Functional Food or FMCG is advance.
• Deep understanding of Marketplace, do Market Research and Customer Insight.
• Ability to negotiate and present with customers; good communicated ability
• Have experience working with business partners, suppliers, and related departments; Ability to interact and communicate well with partners and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
• English Proficiency (Communication & Writing)
• 4+ years of experience in online distribution field
