Back-Office Assistant - Belgian Beer Company

• Sales Management
- Be the main contact for accepting and handling client orders ensuring high level customer service
- Handle full set of administration related to sales orders
- Handle full set of internal order management administration
- Prepare physical orders in the in-city warehouse and coordinate their delivery with the delivery team.
• Stock Management:
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock count and manage predefined stock levels per product to ensure continuity to customers.
• General Support:
- Manage office for day-to-day operational fluidity.
- Be the right hand to the Business Developer for ad hoc and administrative support.
- Manage and keep internal reports updated.
- Assist in translation work for English to Vietnamese and Vietnamese to English.
• Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Monitor and collect accounts receivables in accordance with payment terms.
