Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer (openfor Middle to Lead level) to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality products. The successful candidate will be based in Ha Noi.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements, define technical specifications, and design robust solutions.
Lead the development life cycle, serving as a key resource in identifying and evaluating business development opportunities.
Assess and communicate technical risks, ensuring applications are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Lead user story grooming sessions and sprint planning sessions in accordance with release timelines.
Develop, maintain, and enhance backend code to ensure the stability and functionality of web applications.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in software development using Java.
Proficiency in Java 8/11, Spring Boot, NoSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Test Driven Development (TDD).
Extensive experience in backend web development using scripting languages and frameworks such as Java core, Spring Boot, and SAP.
Experience with the deployment of applications on both private and public cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
Possessing the skills to manage and mentor is a significant advantage.
In-depth knowledge of end-to-end architecture, including front-end, middleware, databases, and data warehouses, particularly within the banking sector.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
