Backend Developer .NET Core

• Design, implement, and maintain state-of-the-art .NET Core Backend for Insurance Industry with very complex logics and workflows.
• Work with DevOps and Data engineers on IaC, Security, Performance and Database Scalability for your Backend.
• Work with other Frontend and Backend engineers in an Event-Driven SOA/Microservices platform employing the power of Cloud Native, Serverless and GraphQL.
• Contribute to code and architecture reviews to keep their code quality high
• Debug and resolve production issues; take part in blameless postmortems.
• Write high-quality, well-tested, clean, simple, and maintainable code; build common libraries.
• Research and feedback to improve system performance.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality of the project.

• 3+ years of software engineering using .NET is required.
• Strong software design principles & best practices are required.
• Experience with either Linux, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, AWS is highly preferred.
• Additional experience with either Javascript, Java, Python or GraphQL is a huge plus.
• Strong understanding of major software architectures such as Monolith, SOA, Microservices and Serverless... Strong understanding of their pros and cons.
• Strong understanding of Algorithms, Database Internals (binary logs, sharding,...) will be extremely appreciated.
• Strong in team-working and peer influence
