Backend Engineer Python, Java

- Work with development teams and solution architecture to ideate software solutions
- Design server-side architecture.
- Develop functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites and mobile applications on the back end.
- Work with AI scientists to integrate AI solutions into software products.
- Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.
- Write technical documentation.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a back end engineer or similar role
- Solid knowledge in technologies used by company:
o Strong proficiency with software design patterns;
o Strong knowledge of multiple back-end languages: Python, SQL(must have), golang(recommend), c/c++(nice to have)
o Strong knowledge of database technologies and design (MongoDB, mySQL, ElasticSearch, Redis,Kafka,Spark,Flink,hadoop);
o Strong knowledge of API standards (REST, gRPC);
o Experience with microservice, serverless, docker;
o Experience with cloud computing services (AWS, GCP, Azure);
o Experience in developing AI and big data products;
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in agile and modern development best practice.
- Willingness to build professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
