[ BANKING ] HEAD OF PMO - TBP QUẢN LÝ DỰ ÁN CÔNG NGHỆ

The PMO Head provides leadership and governance to a team of PM/Product Owners. He/she will guide the PO/PM team to ensure successful project delivery that meets project goals or business transformation objectives. The PMO Head oversees the work of PO/PM and works with the Delivery team to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. The role directly reports to the CTO.
I. Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management Governance
- Establish the PMO role and operating model
- Set standards for project management capabilities, certifications and qualifications for Project Managers, success measurement criteria, methodologies, tools to be used, etc.
2. Project Management Team Leadership
- Establish the PMO organization structure, hiring and managing staffing requirements
- Set annual performance targets for individuals and the team and conduct performance reviews
- Manage the issues, risks, and dependencies required to articulate mitigations resolution plans and drive path forward for high-level work items, and work with service delivery leaders to take corrective action as needed
- Oversee Project Managers for delivering projects/programs on time, within the scope and on budget
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the success of programs/projects.
