Perform night audit procedures to ensure all daily financial transactions are accurate and balanced.
Verify and reconcile all front office postings, guest accounts, and revenue reports.
Prepare daily reports, including revenue summaries, occupancy reports, and financial statements.
Ensure all guest bills are accurate and properly posted in the system.
Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries during night shifts.
Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and report any irregularities.
Maintain security and safety standards during the night shift.
Ensure proper handover to the morning shift team.
