Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Bar to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service delivery.
Ensure all guests receive exceptional, personalized, and memorable beverage experiences in accordance with brand standards and service procedures.
Supervise Bar Supervisors,
Bartenders, Bar Waiters/Waitresses, and other bar associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maintain high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
Monitor daily bar operations, guest flow, reservations, beverage orders, service standards, and staff productivity to maximize operational efficiency and guest experience.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective service recovery and maintaining positive guest relationships.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing bar associates to enhance beverage knowledge, mixology skills, product knowledge, and service excellence.
Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels based on occupancy, outlet business levels, and operational demands.
Drive beverage sales, upselling, cross-selling, and promotional initiatives through effective team coaching to achieve departmental revenue targets.
Monitor beverage costs, wastage, breakage, portion control, and stock usage to ensure effective cost management and profitability.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages, wines, spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, bar supplies, and operating equipment, ensuring proper stock control and timely replenishment.
Ensure all bar areas, storage areas, equipment, glassware, and facilities are clean, organized, well-maintained, and compliant with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and brand standards.
Support the implementation of beverage promotions, special events, seasonal campaigns, and guest engagement activities to increase outlet revenue and enhance the overall guest experience.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining beverage quality, presentation, consistency, and service standards across all bar operations.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, analyzing revenue, beverage cost, productivity, and other key performance indicators, and recommending improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), responsible alcohol service requirements, and brand standards at all times.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused working environment while promoting teamwork, accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.
Act as the Bar Manager in their absence and ensure continuity of daily operations and service standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Bar Manager, Director of F&B, or General Manager.
Salary is competitive.
100% Service charge, effective from the probation period.
12 days annual leave; 2 day-offs per week.
