A. Guest Service, Food & Beverage Preparation
• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and address them by name when possible.
• Prepare and serve food & drinks promptly, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Monitor the bar area to ensure timely service for all guests and servers.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when needed.
B. Beverage Preparation & Quality Control
Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature cocktails, and craft cocktails according to standard recipes.
Create and propose innovative cocktail recipes aligned with the bar's concept and guest preferences.
Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, portion control, and service speed.
Maintain high standards of beverage quality, hygiene, and food safety at all times.
C. Product Knowledge
Possess strong knowledge of spirits (Whisky, Gin, Rum, Vodka, Tequila, Brandy), liqueurs, bitters, syrups, and garnishes.
Provide professional beverage recommendations based on guest preferences and food pairing when applicable.
Stay updated on cocktail trends, modern mixology techniques, and industry best practices (e.g., shaking, stirring, muddling, layering, infusions)
D. Operations & Compliance
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized bar (counters, glassware, equipment).
• Restock service wells and bar supplies according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment safely and report malfunctions.
E. Administrative & Team Support
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Assist with bar setup/breakdown, inventory receiving, and stocking.
• Collaborate with the Senior Bartender/Supervisor on staffing or operational needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
A. Experience & Skills
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Bartender, with strong cocktail expertise.
Solid mixology skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity in cocktail development is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and bar operating standards.
B. Knowledge & Attitude
Passionate about mixology and the F&B/hospitality industry.
Professional appearance and strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
C. Language Skills
• Language: intermediate in English (verbal and written). Proficiency in Chinese or Korean is a significant advantage.
