* Bar Operations
- Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
* Team Leadership
- Supervise, motivate, and support
bartenders and bar attendants during shifts.
- Assign duties and monitor employee performance to ensure service excellence.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching on beverage knowledge and service standards.
- Ensure team members comply with hotel grooming, attendance, and behavioral standards.
* Guest Service
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional and personalized service.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, concerns, and complaints.
- Build rapport with regular guests and recognize VIP guests.
- Promote beverage specials, signature cocktails, and other outlet promotions.
* Inventory and Cost Control
- Assist in monitoring beverage inventory and controlling stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and unauthorized consumption.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Support cost control initiatives and revenue enhancement programs.
* Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain workplace safety standards and report any hazards immediately.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel, resort, restaurant, or upscale bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
