Bartender/Barista (Hồ Tràm)

I. First things first -Timing & Grooming:
1. Uniform, grooming check before going to work.
2. Be at working outlet BEFORE shift started.
3. Ensure the standards of personal hygiene and manners as prescribed.
II. In shift responsibility:
1. Clean the bar area, bar items, display menus and setup bar counter.
2. Team meeting with supervisor/manager for update information.
3. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
4. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
5. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
6. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
7. Plan and present bar menu.
8. Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
9. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
10. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
III. Report & Handover work:
1. Clean bar area & stock before handover.
2. Report shifts information with co-worker & supervisor/manager.
3. Check list handover (inventory, fridge temperature, delivery, ...)
