BARTENDER

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, quality standards, and guest preferences while delivering professional, friendly, and personalized service.
Engage with guests, provide beverage recommendations, promote specialty drinks and premium products, and handle guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain bar setup and presentation standards, monitor stock levels, support inventory control, replenishment, and ensure proper storage and rotation of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies.
Comply with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, workplace safety standards, and company policies at all times.
Operate bar equipment and POS systems accurately, support billing and cashiering procedures, and report equipment malfunctions or operational issues promptly.
Team Collaboration & Operational Support: Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, banquet, and service teams to ensure smooth operations, support special events and functions, and participate in training and continuous service improvement initiatives.
