Job Description
Build the Future of Intelligent Workflows
Join Bosch Vietnam's Global Product & Service team to help build next-generation workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built on modern Low-Code / No-Code technologies and evolving with AI and GenAI capabilities, our platform powers critical enterprise business processes at global scale.
We are looking for proactive and high-potential interns passionate about Product Development, Business Analysis, and innovation. This is not a passive internship - you will gain hands-on experience in real product environments and collaborate with global teams.
What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)
Support requirement gathering, analysis, and product documentation
Translate business needs into user stories and backlog items
Support workflow analysis, UAT, and Agile delivery activities
Explore user behaviors and product usage data to identify improvement opportunities
Participate in product discovery, design thinking, and innovation workshops
Collaborate with Product Managers,
developers, and global stakeholders
Contribute ideas for workflow automation and AI-driven capabilities
Qualifications
Must-Have
Final-year or senior student in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or related fields
Available for a 6-month full-time internship (Monday to Friday) or at least 4 working days per week.
Able to provide a university recommendation or introduction letter for the internship
Good English communication skills
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and requirement analysis
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and learning mindset
Proactive, responsible, and teamwork-oriented
Nice to Have
Exposure to Agile / Scrum
Interest in Product Management, Business Analysis, AI, or workflow automation
Experience in IT/product-related university projects or activities
