• Develop and implement
business development strategies for contract logistics.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions based on client requirements.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients in a clear and engaging manner.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives and suggest improvements.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention and satisfaction.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote CJ Korea Express Freight Viet Nam.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services to ensure accurate information is communicated.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in contract logistics.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management concepts and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required.
