Location: 568 Luy Ban Bich, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) and Saturday (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM)
This position is responsible for contributing to the end-to-end development of beauty products, from market insight and concept definition to formulation development, product testing, and post-launch performance tracking. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and OEM/ODM partners to ensure products meet commercial, quality, and brand standards.
1. Job Description
Market Research & Product Concept Development
- Monitor and analyze beauty trends, product launches, and consumer behavior across relevant platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Sephora, and Amazon.
- Extract actionable insights from product reviews, user-generated content and competitor activity;
- Translate market insights into product concepts, key claims, positioning directions, and development briefs.
Product Development & OEM/ODM Coordination
- Collaborate with R&D teams, laboratories, and OEM/ODM partners to develop formulas, textures, and product specifications;
- Review, evaluate, and refine product samples through multiple development rounds to ensure the target product standard is met.
- Coordinate internally and externally across functions to balance product performance, cost, feasibility, and timeline requirements.
Packaging, Testing & Product Experience
- Contribute to packaging direction from both market expectation and user experience.
- Participate in product evaluation processes, including internal testing and user acceptance testing.
- Refine product details to ensure consistency between formula, claims, packaging, and overall product experience.
Post-launch Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Support go-to-market execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams during product launch stages.
- Track product performance through conversion, ratings, reviews, and customer feedback after launch.
- Propose product improvements, reformulation directions, or future batch adjustments based on performance data and market response.

2. Candidate Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Product Development, or a related field.
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in product development, product marketing, buying, merchandising, R&D coordination, or related functions; experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
- Exposure to product launch projects, OEM/ODM coordination, or beauty retail/e-commerce is an advantage.
Knowledge & Professional Skills
- Strong interest in beauty products, including texture, finish, user experience, and market positioning.
- Working proficiency in English (reading & writing)
- Structured analytical thinking with the ability to convert consumer and market insights into actionable product directions.
- Detail-oriented and responsible, with the ability to manage multiple development items and follow through on execution.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners.
- Basic understanding of formulations, INCI, packaging development, or OEM/ODM processes is a plus.
- Working proficiency in English is preferred for communication with international partners and review of technical materials.
