Monitoring and Control Tasks
Monitoring of the specifications contained in the Group's energy policy, the Group's cross-location energy handbook, the location-specific specifications, and ISO 50001.
Implementation of suitable plant inspections.
Reporting of defects discovered to the department responsible (general, location, or plant management).
Implementation of and assistance with internal and external energy audits.
Ensuring that all directories are created that are required for the monitoring of adherence to the legal provisions and approvals valid for the location, and that these documents are updated on a regular basis.
Ensuring that all relevant energy consumers, energy currents, energy types, and key data and their evaluation (energy balance + initial basis) are recorded, as well as ensuring that these documents are regularly updated.
Inspection of individual targets, measures, and deadlines from the energy management plan, and tracking and documentation of the implementation of measures including all corrective measures arising from internal and external energy audits.
Advisory Tasks
Informing company employees about energy wastage within the scope of their working tasks, as well as measures and techniques for preventing it.
Suggestions for the development and introduction of procedures for saving, recovering, and reusing energy and energy-efficient products.
Support in planning and implementing corrective measures.
Documentation and evaluation of relevant energy aspects, i.e. the direct and indirect effects of work activities on energy consumption at the location.
Cooperation in the creation of individual targets and the energy management plan for the location.
Providing training for managers, training documents, and information for employees on relevant energy topics.
Coordination of the control of energy-relevant documents.
Development of location-specific regulations and procedures for improving energy-related performance.
Issuing statements regarding investment decisions.
Definition of written requests for external companies working at the location.
Coordination of the energy team(s) and preparation of regular meetings
Obtaining the required technical expertise.
Reporting Tasks
Creation of an annual report on implemented and planned measures from individual areas of the energy management system.
Planning and documentation of local reviews.
Related to facility engineering as senior engineer electrical:
Responsible for support fault related maintenance (unplanned repair) and solving that problem immediately (Production downtime due to breakdown)
Responsible for support fault related maintenance (planned repair) and solving that problem (Activities that are carried out to repair later on breakdowns. Despite a damage restricted production continues)
Responsible for preventive/ predictive maintenance according scheduling
Responsible for Operation of facilities.
Responsible for setting standard spare parts & care external service
Responsible for Optimization central equipment's, facilities, infrastructure
Responsible for technology support/ capacity calculation, investment preparation
Creating work instruction related to Maintenance and training for Maintenance Technicians how to operate machine right and safety
Co-ordination of Weak point analysis, make plan to improve and QCD evaluation
Co-ordination of machine transfer and commissioning
Co-ordinate with other departments carry out improvement work to enhance productivity and product quality. (project related maintenance)
Construction, rebuild and relocation project management
Ensuring the technical availability and function of the central supply and disposal facilities, building, building control and infrastructure.
Direction and support by the installation and initial commissioning of technical systems.
Ensure a high system availability, reliability and efficiency by taking forward the continuous improvement process under consideration of dates, profitability, ecology and laws
Planning of retrofit, energy saving and general overhaul projects. Design, planning and performance of modification and extension projects on technical systems.
Identification of technical weaknesses and development of countermeasures, optimization proposals and system improvements in consideration with the internal and external resources
Commission, supervision and acceptance of maintenance actions performed by external service providers. Ensure a work safety according to the Schaeffler regulations.
Development and optimization of preventive maintenance processes, routines and plans in corporation with the maintenance technician and planned maintenance coordinator
Cooperation with purchase department in creation of maintenance contracts
Training and development support of the maintenance technicians and operators
Performance and coordination of required legal inspections with internal or external qualified persons or auditors.
Analysis of required equipment Spare parts and professional evaluation of the priority. Support of spare parts procurement through provision of specification and offers. Creation of BOM (Bill of materials) for required spare and wear parts.
