Mô tả công việc
The Billing Intern is responsible for assisting in managing costs from suppliers and the billing statements for all customers. They will assist in managing a timeline for updating costs and the outstanding accounts receivable by customers for timely payments and handling all customer inquiries.
• Assist in verifying debit notes from suppliers based on quotations to upload costs timely.
• Assist in verifying data input in the system with quotations and costs to ensure the accuracy of final bills.
• Support processing customers' billing accurately and within the requested time per their requirements and according to company policy.
• Prepare and send original debit notes and other required documents via email and other channels.
• Assist in managing the outstanding account receivables of customers by following up on the payment schedule and sending reminders for timely payments to customers.
• Respond to all customer inquiries and assist in handling customer complaints regarding debit notes.
• Assist in managing customer information by checking contracts to understand credit terms and other billing-related terms.
• Gain basic knowledge of how billing functions affect profit and loss (P&L).
• Follow up and urge suppliers to send cost reports on time.
• Assist in making payment requests to arrange supplier payments.
• Contribute ideas for billing improvements based on customer analysis and the current team situation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct superiors.

Yêu cầu
► Education and Experience:
• Study fields such as Finance, Accounting, International Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines are preferred.
• Junior or Senior students are encouraged to apply.
► Required Skills/Abilities:
• Minimum commitment of 06 months required.
• Intermediate in English (mandatory), Japanese/Korean/Chinese should be an advantage.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or related software.
• Strong work ethic, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both internal & external organizations with various levels.
• Being proactive in solving related issues.
• Being able to work under high pressure.
• Open to receiving feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
