You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As a BIM Designer, you will design, create, and modify Wall Framing, Floor framing, Roof framing, and Stair framing construction documents to a QUALITY that meets or exceeds total customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
· Responsible for operating applications VertexBD | Revit | AutoCAD Architecture (ACA) to create, analyze, review, and design the Wall framing, Floor framing, Roof framing, and Stair Framing in a Wood House to meet client requests and Builder standards, as well as provide the volume of their material.
· Exposure to Optioning conditioning within the BIM applications for creation, maintenance, or upgrade on Master Set.
· Exposure to client communication through email and conference calls.
· Have and apply an adequate general knowledge of US residential building codes and standards
· Develop and maintaining moderate productivity speed, quality control, and accuracy on projects.
· Provide an above-average level of customer service to all Customers (Internal and External)
· Work in a team environment.
· Perform other related duties as assigned

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
· Fresh graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, and Draftsman.
· 0-5 year of experience in a related field. Fresher is also welcome.
· Ability to read or interpret Construction Drawings - Architectural and Structural.
· High attention to detail with a high level of cognitive skills.
· Pursuing skills in basic problem solving or analysis of plan review
· Good modeling skills and detailed implementation. Proficient use of Revit, VertexBD, or 3D software is a huge advantage for this position.
· English skills equivalent to TOEIC 550 or higher. Good at communication skills.
· Integrity and carefulness.
