Mô tả công việc

- Support daily office tasks such as managing documents, handling correspondences, especially day-to-day communications between departments and countries./ 协助办公室日常事务,包括文件管理、邮件处理,特别是跨部门和跨国家的日常沟通协助。
- Organize and schedule meetings, build agendas and coordinate attendance of attendees./组织和安排会议,制定议程,并协调与会人员的安排。
- Maintain the accuracy of employee files and databases./维护员工档案和数据库的准确性。
- Resolve daily employee problems and demands./处理和解决员工的日常问题和需求。
- Support team members about documents and other tasks that assigned./协助团队成员处理文书工作和其他指定任务。

Yêu cầu

- Fluently in listening, speaking, reading, and writing by Chinese./中文听说读写流利.
- Handle daily tasks fluently, English proficiency is a plus./能够流畅对接日常工作, 同时有英语能力的优先.
- Good office skills, capable of handling daily data analysis, standards integration, meeting minutes, quarterly reports, etc./良好的office技能,能够处理日常数据分析,标准整合,会议记录,季度汇报等.
- Willing to go business trip and overtime./能够接受出差和偶尔加班.
- Priority for candidates with experience in monitoring foreign trade or furniture factory development./有外贸跟单经验或家具工厂开发跟单者优先.

Our Trade Program is designed to support interior designers, landscape designers, home interior decorator firms, and brick and mortar stores. Noble House Home Furnishings Viet Nam is a Procurement Office located in Da Nang, Viet Nam. Our head office is located in USA and we are working with China Office. We specialize in managing factory partnerships, supply chain, logistics, distribution, and sales of our company's products across the world. Our company consists of around 250 staffs in Viet Nam and China, more than 150 staffs in USA; due to rapid growth and expansion, we expect that number to reach 500 by end of 2020. We are a team of passionate, innovative individuals who work as a team to adapt to both the changing marketplace and challenges brought by growth.
