JOB DESCRIPTION
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Taiwanese community and Taiwanese/Chinese businesses in Binh Duong.
Develop and implement business plans in line with the KPI targets of the following business areas:
o Residential o Commercial o Serviced Apartments o Other business activities
Support
business development and market-related activities targeting Taiwanese customers and businesses.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager or requested by the
Board of Directors (BOD).
REQUIREMENTS
Taiwanese professionals currently living and working in Vietnam, or Vietnamese candidates with experience working with Taiwanese or Chinese businesses.
At least 3 years of experience in real estate, business development, sales & marketing, or marketing strategy.
Native-level Mandarin Chinese, preferably with a Taiwanese accent.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Japanese language skills are an advantage.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.
